About Arnold Home Inspections

Arnold Home Inspections is an Associate Member of American Society of Home Inspectors. Our reports and inspection procedures comply with the ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. We provide a detailed, narrative style report with photos and illustrations, giving you an accurate assessment of the general condition of the home and its systems. Inspection reports run 25 to 40 pages, and cover the home's interior and exterior structure, plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, insulation, roofing, and surrounding grounds. A summary section outlines any needed action items.

AHI President, Patrick (Casey) Arnold, is a life-long Northern Virginia resident with 35 years of experience in the construction industry. His portfolio includes over 20 years of running his own company, Arnold Contruction, overseeing and directly orchestrating every aspect of ground-up residential contruction, as well as many renovation projects. Casey has also held the position of Project Manager on the construction of one of Alexandria's most elegant high-rise condominiums, and for the condo conversions of the Belle View and Parkfairfax communities. His extensive knowledge of industry policies and practices has given him a solid background as a home inspector. Casey is a graduate of Home Inspector Training Academy in Arlington, Virginia.
